The company possesses a number of patents, and the self-developed oil-proof modified ABS has been widely used in batteries for new energy electric vehicles.
The company independently purchased and built a plant covering an area of 30,000 square meters, with advanced automated production line equipment. It has more than 200 employees, including 15 R&D personnel and 50 professional technicians. It consists ofan R&D team, a mold development and production workshop, a large injection molding workshop with 80 computers, a workshop for granulation and modification with eight automated extrusion lines, and an international marketing center. The company has passed ISO9001: 2000/TS16949 quality management system certification. Currently, the company is able to produce 5 million sets of plastic battery cases for new energy vehicles, 10 million sets for electric bicycles and 5 million sets for other purposes each year.
