Ningbo Shaojin Plastic Products Co., Ltd. is located in the Longshan Coastal Economic Development Zone of Cixi City, Zhejiang Province, which has convenient transportation. Since 1989, the company has been engaged in the sealed lead-acid battery plastic shell industry. To date, it has developed into a high-tech manufacturing enterprise with a large scale and a complete range of products, integrating production, research, and sales, focusing on plastic modification, mold development, and injection molding production. The products are mainly suitable for the sealed lead-acid battery and lithium battery industries in new energy electric vehicles, electric bicycles, scooters, tourist vehicles, UPS power supplies, electric power, railways, and postal communication. The company holds multiple patents, and its independently developed oil-resistant modified ABS has been widely used in batteries specifically for new energy electric vehicles.
The company independently purchased and built a factory covering an area of 30,000 square meters, equipped with advanced fully automatic production line equipment. Currently, there are more than 200 employees, including 15 R&D personnel and 50 professional technicians. The company has established an R&D team, a mold development and production workshop, a large injection molding workshop with 80 computers, 8 automatic extruder granulation modification workshops, and an international marketing center. The company has passed the ISO9001: 2000/TS16949 quality management system certification. Currently, the annual production capacity of plastic shells for batteries used in new energy vehicles can reach 5 million sets, while the capacity for electric bicycle battery plastic shells can reach 10 million sets, and for other battery plastic shells, it can reach 5 million sets.
